Chris Nelson, Co-Founder

President and CEO of Reflex Networking, Chris brings 25 years of technology consulting experience rooted in the banking industry, building a foundation that puts security at the forefront of every solution. He went on to serve as CIO of a Managed Services Provider in Orange County, CA, where he oversaw technology solutions and strategic planning for over 100 businesses. In that role, he mentored technical teams and provided C-Level consulting to a broad client base. Passionate about continuous learning, he brings both deep expertise and a forward-thinking mindset to every client partnership.

Lacie Oots, Co-Founder

With over 20 years of IT industry experience, Lacie Oots serves as COO of Reflex Networking, bringing broad expertise in business operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and marketing. She plays a key role in driving the processes and strategies that keep Reflex Networking running smoothly and positioned for growth. Lacie holds a Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount University and is certified by Cisco as a Business Architecture Analyst.
