Reflex Networking’s President and CEO Chris Nelson began his technology consulting career 20 years ago in the Banking Industry. This experience provided a foundation of expertise that puts security at the forefront of every solution. He continued on to become the CIO of a Managed Services Provider in Orange County, CA. While CIO he was responsible for building the managed services practice, technology solutions and strategic planning for over 100 businesses. He was a leader and mentor to the technical support and implementation teams and provided C-Level consulting to the client base. In addition to his leadership, he is passionate and driven to always be learning. He has a degree in Information Technology, is a Certified Security Engineer and actively holds certifications with Cisco, Microsoft, Linux Professional Institute and AlienVault.
Lacie Oots serves as Reflex Networking’s COO. She has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years and has a broad range of experience in managing complex business operations. She provides an expertise in business process development, strategic planning, and business marketing. She holds a Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount and is certified by Cisco as a Business Architecture Analyst.
